Its a cold winters night , its storming outside.Its raining heavily.

Alex is sitting on the couch looking outside

Storm walks around the mansion, making sure that no chaos erupts. Hawk would probably be racing back from her ride, she knew, because she hated the rain, and probably cause trouble. Suddenly she sees Alex on the couch. "What's wrong, Alex?"

Alex looked to Storm "Storm..im worried about the rain because i feel like something bad is going to happen" Alex sits down on the couch" what is up?"

Storm smiled as she sat down next to her. "Well, if you mean the rain, that's mother nature. Other than that, well... it can get a little chaotic in here. Especially when Hawk is in her troublemaking mood." Then she got serious. "Why do you think something bad is going to happen?"

Alex nodded" i have seen it"

Storm frowned. "Have you told the professor about this?"

Alex shook her head"no i haven't but i will"

Storm is about to reply, but hears someone coming.

"Storm," Hawk calls as she approaches and then notices Alex. "Oh, hey Alex." She turns back to Storm who is waiting. "We've got problems, and the Professor is looking for you. Both of you actually. He'll explain everything when you two get there."

"Thank you, Hawk." Storm then turns to Alex.

"ok" Alex stood up and walked out

Just as the girls have left the room Irene approaches from a shadowy corner. She's moves carefully, trying to avoid a collision with parts of the furniture.

"Storm?" She asks in a low voice. She stops in the middle of the room starring at the wall. Then, as if she sensed that she wasn't looking at the headmistress Irene turns her head until she's looking at Storm.
"The girl... she's right. Something is going to happen. But I'm not able to see it clearly."

"What do you mean, Irene?" Storm asks worriedly.

Irene shakes her head, clearly frustrated with herself.
"I don't know. I'm seeing... things. Something's going to cause trouble for all mutants. Or someone." She runs a hand through her redbrownish hair. "I can't sleep at night. I keep seeing things but I don't know that they are."
Despide the dark pair of shades she wears Irene looks Storm right into the eyes, her expression serious. "You have to be careful. All of you."

Storm sighed. "Alright thank you Irene." The two look at each other for a moment, before hearing someone scream her name.

"Storm!!!" Hawk says rushing into the common room. "We got problems. Outside." Looks to see Irene there. "Oh... am I interrupting something?"

Irene shakes her head. "No, we're finished. Storm, I'll let you take care of your school now." She slowly turns to leave the room.

"Thank you, Irene," Storm said, turning to go out the door and join Hawk.

Hearing the footsteps of the other two mutants fade away slowly, Irene sighs and rubs her temple. She's starting to get a headache.
"Whatever is going on, I hope she's not involved in it..." She murmurs, too quietly for anyone to hear, and turns a corner into a corridor that she knows will lead her to the small guest room she has taken residence in a while ago when she came to the Institute.

(I'm so sorry, I'm not on most of the time, but I've been busy with family, college and my writing. The new term starts tomorrow so just kick my butt if I'm not coming online at least once a wek, okay?)
